This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and is excited to contribute to colleague engagement, talent development, recruitment, employee relations, and operational excellence.

The Human Resources Assistant Manager partners closely with department leaders to support all aspects of the colleague lifecycle. This position plays a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards, company policies, and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Facilitate colleague engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
• Support learning and development programs, leadership training, and career growth initiatives.
• Maintain colleague records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support payroll and workforce planning initiatives as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Promote Hyatt's values and help cultivate a culture of care, inclusion, respect, and accountability.
