We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join a local team. This hands-on role is responsible for operating and programming CNC equipment, inspecting finished parts, making necessary machine offsets, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate has CNC experience and is comfortable using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications. Job Summary Operate and program CNC machines, including Puma GT 2600, Doosan, and HAAS equipment Set and adjust machine offsets as needed to maintain accurate part dimensions Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and verify they meet specifications Read and understand machine parameters and calibration requirements Sand and deburr finished parts Remove and properly dispose of metal shavings Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Perform other duties as assigned Experience Required 1 year of CNC machining experience preferred Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment Ability to make machine adjustments and offsets based on measurements Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and other precision measuring tools Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret measurements, machine parameters, and specifications Comfortable using buttons and controls for machine calibration Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to identify when a part is out of specification and make appropriate adjustments Safety-conscious and dependable Willingness to perform hands-on tasks such as sanding and deburring Ability to keep work areas clean and organized Location: Bloomington, IN Pay: $20.00/hr Position Type: Evaluation Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr
